Warm Spinach Artichoke Dip

So creamy and delicious, this dish will disappear all too fast. And so easy—no need to thaw, drain, pat dry, or chop fresh or frozen spinach!

Makes 2 1/2 cups


  • 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 1 14-oz can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped, if desired
  • 4 tsp Activz Spinach Powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and scrape into 6x9 or 8x8 casserole dish. Bake 25-35 minutes or until mixture bubbles.
  3. Serve hot with toasted baguette slices or corn chips.
